Checking goals

Is it stated in sensory terms?

Is it stated in sensory terms?

Although 'happiness' is positive language, greater precision and effectiveness comes from using sensory language. In other words, answer the question 'What will you do or see or hear which makes you happy?'
This also helps the reality-check as when we have some precise checkable event to focus on, we have a way of knowing if we are or are not getting the goal.
If eating a hamburger is what will make you happy, then it's easy to know if you've got or getting your goal.
Having a good relationship is less clear and we can much more easily fool ourselves as to whether we're being successful or not.

So answer the question 'What will you do or see or hear or feel which lets you know you are getting your goal?
